How to Synchronize Framer

Due to Framer plugin limitations, synchronization is manual.

To fetch new Jottler articles and updates, you must:

  • Select the Jottler CMS collection in the Framer dashboard
  • Click the Sync button

There is currently no automated method for fetching new articles.

Synchronization usually takes a few seconds. Do not click around the Framer UI during sync, because interaction can interrupt the process.

Quick sync checklist​

  1. Open Framer dashboard.
  2. Open the Jottler plugin.
  3. Select the correct Jottler CMS collection.
  4. Click Sync.
  5. Wait for completion before interacting with the dashboard.

If items do not appear​

  1. Re-run synchronization.
  2. Confirm the selected Framer collection is correct.
  3. Verify the API key is current.
  4. If key was regenerated in Jottler, paste the new key in the plugin.
